Overview
Spa Photonique is a light-and-frequency wellness studio in Greater Montréal built around a calm, guided experience that helps people return to a steadier rhythm. To earn the trust of their primary audience—especially older clients seeking clarity and simplicity—we needed to establish one cohesive voice and one consistent visual world.
The process began with a Phase 1 diagnostic, including a competitive benchmark of 20 wellness and experiential studios across Montréal, the South Shore, and the North Shore, alongside a full audit of the website's copy and visual language to identify credibility gaps and opportunities for simplification.
From this research, we aligned the brand around a clear direction—where clinical clarity meets spa calm—and developed a system designed to remain consistent across every touchpoint.
Deliverables included moodboard exploration (Spectrum Alignment: Reset · Recharge · Repeat), a complete verbal and visual narrative, tone guardrails (65% clinical clarity · 35% spa calm), and a production-ready toolkit. This included templates for social content, promotional visuals, and email formats, along with a refreshed library of 100+ website visuals replacing inconsistent sci-fi aesthetics with a calm, credible visual world.
